Improving Neurology Services in the New NHS. Over 100 people attended the recent meeting ran by The Primary Care Neurology Society together with the Southwest Alliance of Neurological Organisations (SWANO). The meeting gave delegates the opportunity to discuss ways of advancing the changes taking place across the NHS, which included presentations from Karen Tanner, the LTC lead for the South West Strategic Health Authority. Gina Sargeant, Head of Therapies at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, Bath gave a very helpful presentation which outlined how they have been engaging with commissioners.
