Equality Act strengthens personalisation Personalised care is strengthened as additional duties of the Equality Act 2010 came into effect this month. The Equality Act 2010 replaces the previous anti-discrimination and equality laws within a single act. It aims to tackle discrimination and inequality in both the workforce and within the provision of goods and services.
