Recruitment of people with conflict-related convictions Access NI has issued a reminder about guidance for employers on the recruitment of people with conflict-related convictions. Employers' guidance is designed to help employers follow best practice in recruiting people with convictions for pre-April 1998 activities relating to the period of conflict in Northern Ireland. It represents good practice and operates alongside principles such as the Fair Employment legislation.
